Varushka Franceschi is a producer, media and marketing specialist, film director, and screenwriter. Her artistic temperament was nurtured by her Italian painter mother who was a direct descendant of the Renaissance painter Piero Della Francesca. Varushka grew up all over the world as the daughter of a foreign service officer.After studying at L'Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris and American University in Paris, Varushka pursued her passion for acting in London. However, she soon became captivated by the work of producers and began her career in production as an assistant to Enzo Peri, who specialized in European co-productions. She worked with him on several productions featuring artists such as Krzysztof Zanussi, Julian Sands, and Ben Gazzara.Varushka founded Shapeshift Dream Productions (SDP), a film and media communications company that creates artistic and persuasive issue campaigns. Her company has been instrumental in producing thought-provoking content that has helped raise awareness about various social issues.Varushka's expertise has been recognized by the Lifeboat Foundation, where she was named to the Advisory Board. She now serves on the Media and Arts Board and the Sustainability Board. Her contributions have been invaluable in shaping the foundation's vision for a sustainable future.Varushka's most recent project is as a producer on the popular Youtube show The Katie Halper Show. Her professionalism and dedication to her craft have made her an asset to the show's success.

Biography

Varushka's journey began as a child, growing up in various countries around the world due to her father's role as a foreign service officer.

This exposure to different cultures and artistic influences ignited her passion for the arts, which was further nurtured by her mother, an Italian painter and direct descendant of the renowned Renaissance artist Piero Della Francesca.As Varushka grew older, her fascination with the arts only intensified. Her time in Paris not only broadened her artistic horizons but also exposed her to a diverse community of artists from around the globe.Following her studies, Varushka moved to London to pursue a career as an actress. However, she soon found herself captivated by the work of producers and their ability to bring creative visions to life. Intrigued by this aspect of the industry, she decided to shift gears and explore the world of production.Varushka's first opportunity came when she became an assistant to Enzo Peri, a renowned producer specializing in European co-productions. Working alongside Peri on several productions, she had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed artists such as Krzysztof Zanussi, Julian Sands, and Ben Gazzara.
